the-rockI have a couple different workout plans that I find effective. I like to use a single workout plan for only a couple weeks at a time to avoid muscle memory. There are a couple tips or tricks to remember when trying to transform your body. First, you need motivation. You cannot change if you don’t put your mind to it. The two main ingredients to getting the body you want, are exercise and diet. If you aren’t at the gym for at least 5 hours a week, you aren’t going to see much results. I try to stay at the gym for about an hour to an hour and a half, at least 5 days a week. Also, it helps to bring a little notepad to the gym with you to help remind yourself of all the different workouts and muscle groups to hit that day. Make sure you’re well stretched and hydrated throughout any workout though. Being dehydrated severely decreases your strength and you won’t get as much out of your workout as you want.
